I am a cultural strategist, artist, and producer working at the intersection of leadership, culture, and the arts. I currently serve as the Executive Editor of Comment and as producer of the Understory festival, where I help shape editorial, cultural, and live experiences designed to deepen public imagination and foster human flourishing.

My career began at the Central Intelligence Agency, where I worked as a leadership analyst and later served as Content Manager for CIA.gov, overseeing strategy and public communication. Since then, I have held leadership roles with communities including Alder and BLKSHP, developed arts-based executive learning experiences, and built a socially conscious platform for my work as a performing artist.

In 2021, I founded Artistic Leadership, a consultancy that helps organizations unlock creative collaboration in service of stronger culture, deeper trust, and more human-centered leadership. My clients have included PTTOW!, Cognitiv, Odgers Berndtson, the Agricultural Leadership Program of California, and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Alongside this work, I write and perform music, publish essays, and practice a contemporary approach to Kintsugi. Raised in Moscow and now based in North Carolina, I bring a global lens to my work and a deep belief that beauty and co-creation are essential to flourishing communities.
